The problem

The Nkurunziza Group runs four supermarkets in and around Kigali. Before GwizaSuite, David — the finance director — received four weekly PDFs from four branch managers, each in a slightly different format. Consolidating them for the board took him three days every quarter.

He priced QuickBooks Enterprise against GwizaSuite. The total cost for four branches tipped the decision. The RRA-format VAT summary made it easy.

Implementation

Rolling out four branches at once was ambitious. Two succeeded in the first month, two took a second month. By day 90 all four were on the same ledger.
