Customer Story · Wholesale · Huye
Eighteen hours. That’s what I got back every week. I didn’t know admin was eating that much of my life until it stopped.

The problem

Yvette runs an agricultural-inputs wholesaler out of Huye. Eight staff, one branch, busy planting season — and admin work that silently ate her evenings and Saturdays.

Why GwizaSuite

She wasn’t looking for software when she found GwizaSuite. A visiting cooperative officer mentioned it. She signed up on a Tuesday and migrated her stock on the following weekend.

Implementation

The first month was enough to prove the time-saving — it gave her back more than one Saturday’s worth of her own billable time. She was running her whole operation on it by week three.

90 days in

Yvette tracked her admin time for a month before GwizaSuite and a month after. Before: 22 hours per week. After: 4 hours per week. The difference — eighteen hours — was reclaimed exactly because the manual re-entry loops disappeared.

Measured time savings

Before: 22 hrs/wk admin · After: 4 hrs/wk admin · Difference: 936 hours/year recovered
