Shipped in Q1

Every quarter we publish what shipped, what’s in flight, and what we’ve decided not to build. Transparency matters — especially when you’re the one paying the subscription.

  • Multi-branch stock transfers with two-step confirm (sender ships, receiver confirms)
  • Faster RRA VAT export — now under 4 seconds for a full quarter
  • Bilingual customer portal (FR) — your customer picks their language, not yours
  • Inventory clearance workflow with required photo evidence
  • Audit log export as signed CSV (forensic-verifiable offline)

In flight for Q2

  • Direct-pay from invoice (MTN + Airtel MoMo rails)
  • Bank statement auto-match (CSV import is live today; fuzzy matching on amount + date + reference is next)
  • Custom report builder — behind the pre-built 30 for now, but the request list is long

What we decided not to build

A few customer requests that came in this quarter we chose not to ship. In the interest of transparency: in-app chat with customers (email works, and we don’t want to be a chat product); AI-written invoice descriptions (nobody we asked wanted this); and a mobile app (the web app is already responsive, and shipping a second surface doubles our maintenance load for little gain).

Vote on what we build next

Our public roadmap lives on the help center. Existing customers can upvote items and leave comments — we read every one, and prioritization meetings reference the upvote order directly.

Next changelog lands end of June. Until then, if something we shipped this quarter isn’t working the way you expected, email us — the people who built it read the support inbox.

The short version, every other Friday.

One email. Three things worth your time. No AI-generated filler. Unsubscribe in one click — we won’t hold it against you.

We currently have 2,400 readers. Started from 3 (the three founders). Transparency matters.

GwizaSuite handles all 6 of these questions in one click.
